What is the standard procedure for requesting more information?
The menus on the website are just a starting point of what we can do. We customize menus for each and every client. To put together a menu proposal for you, we will need the following information:
Your Contact Info: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number
Date of Event
Venue
Approximate Guest Count
Type of Event: Birthday Party, Wedding, Corporate Meeting, etc.
Style of Service: Dinner Buffet, Seated Dinner, or Cocktail Buffet?
Bar Service: Full Bar, Beer and Wine, Wine Service w/ Dinner
Requested Foods or Special Request Needs
With this information, we will be happy to put together a menu proposal and email you the information, including the pricing breakdown for food, rentals & staffing (if needed).
Are you licensed to serve alcohol?
Yes. We are licensed and insured.
Do you provide service staff?
Yes. We offer kitchen staff, bartenders and servers…they are part of our extended team and have worked with us for many years. They set-up, serve and clean up. Their rate can be included on your quote. Generally staff will arrive one hour in advance in order to set-up and allow one hour for clean up after the end of your party.
Can we mix and match menu items from your sample menus?
Yes. These menus are meant to be a starting point only.
Can we prepare some of the food ourselves?
Yes. We are happy to incorporate your favorites into our catered meal.
